I came in for an elbow injury that I had no idea how I got, and we worked towards a goal on building up my upper body strength which in turn resolved my injury quicker than I expected. I came to Fred and Unbroken Rehab desperate for help with a shoulder injury that I had sustained two years ago that progressively worsened to the point that nearly every overhead movement I performed was causing significant pain. My sport of choice (Olympic weightlifting) demands overhead strength and stability and my shoulder limitations left me unable to train properly and compete.Fred was able to get me into his clinic (which is impeccably clean and organized) quickly and informed me that my issues could be remedied without surgery(!). Over the course of two months, I was given exercises specifically tailored to my needs that dramatically improved my flexibility and overhead strength, all but eliminating the pain that I had been experiencing for months on end.To anyone looking to not only reduce discomfort but more importantly get back to their pre-injury level of performance, I cannot recommend Unbroken Rehab enough. I spent a couple months working with Fred and Amanda after a skiing injury. Fred identified a treatment quickly and made planning and scheduling easy. I worked with Amanda for most of the sessions and she was great to work with. I learned a lot and found some great exercises to improve my core and ensure I can continue to be active.
