I have used Unbroken twice this year for sports related injuries and they have been invaluable for my recovery and continued performance after our sessions. Dr. Kimberlyn and the team do an amazing job of assessing your injury and your body as a whole in order to properly address the problem and start the healing process. They have a wealth of tools and techniques including dry needling, cupping and compression boots that make the road to recovery quick and easy.

I came to Unbroken Rehab and Athletics after popping my gastrocnemius while training for Hyrox last year. I met the Unbroken team at our gym after they did an event talking about injury prevention. I called them the same day of my injury and they got me in right after seeing a doc hours later. They got me back to walking, then running within 3 months allowing me to compete just in time. Unbroken Rehab is the spot for all athletes, anyone who trains, competes or likes to move.
I highly recommend them to anyone who needs support getting back to feeling good and back to what they love. After dealing with shoulder pain for months, I finally made a call to Unbroken Rehab. I was connected with Fred and went to see him based on strong recommendations—and I’m so glad I did. Not only did he help me become completely pain-free, but he also took the time to educate me on why I was getting hurt and how to correct my movements to prevent it from happening again. As someone who does CrossFit, I really appreciated how knowledgeable he is about the sport and how he tailored my treatment to fit the demands of my workouts. Fred is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about helping his patients move and feel their best. Im so happy I finally made the call, Unbroken Rehab was the best decision for my road to recovery and getting me back to doing what I love.

Whenever someone needs a recommendation for a physical therapist, I always recommend the Unbroken Team. Fred and his staff are so incredibly knowledgeable, and they treat each patient like an individual, not just a number. The road to recovery is difficult and the team is there with you every step of the way. I cannot say enough good things about them, their work truly speaks for itself. I was struggling to do a variety of exercises at the gym, to the point where I stopped doing them altogether because of the pain and discomfort. Dr. Martin Urbaniak helped me resolve the issue, and after a few visits and following his treatment plan, I’m now able to do the exercises I had previously given up on.
I highly recommend Unbroken Rehab and Athletics, as well as Dr. Martin Urbaniak, if you're dealing with issues that are keeping you from returning to your regular activities.

Unbroken has a very systematic focused approach to identifying and improving your issue. Large, complete facility. Very clean. Dedicated friendly staff. Always on time. Had a fantastic helpful series of sessions with Dr Will Gates. He helped resolve lingering knee issue. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience working with the crew at Unbroken Rehab. Worked with Tim, Eva, and Jerick who were all very passionate about getting me back into my circus sport. I came in because of shoulder pain that prevented me from training. They did an in-depth evaluation and felt seen and heard when they listened. I appreciated the personalized plan that helped strengthen the muscles required for my activity. They were very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had.
Huge pro is the 1:1 time, which is difficult to find now a days. I’ve been to previous practices where I saw a new person each time so it was difficult receiving continuity of care and see results. At Unbroken Rehab I left with more awareness of my body and feel more confident returning back to my sport. If you’re an athlete experiencing an injury or pain, definitely recommend checking them out!

Cannot say enough amazing things about Unbroken Rehab & Athletics! Kimberlyn help my 10-year old daughter rehab her injured lower back so she could get back to gymnastics & cheerleading! Her patience and connection with my daughter was so impressive - she made PT fun! Would recommend Kimberlyn to anyone looking for help and assistance!

I cannot say enough great things about Fred and his team! Fred is knowledgeable, patient and a supportive physical therapist! My doctor was pushing for surgery but after working with Fred that option was out the window! The sessions were not only effective but also tailored to my specific needs. I noticed real improvements in my mobility and pain levels, and thankfully now I am back to work, feeling great again! I highly recommend working with Fred! A five star experience!

I reached out to Kimberlyn after years of lower back issues from a combination of work and lifting. Kimberlyn was exceptionally knowledgeable and while working with her I noticed significant improvements within a couple months to the point where its no longer been an issue. She has been extremely knowledgeable for any questions about general physical wellness helped me craft a warmup routine through the various stretches she provided to keep any further lower back problems at bay. I've since returned for a neck injury which I sustained at work which healed quickly which I believe I owe a lot of it to Kimberlyn for physical therapy. I feel at this point I'm injury prone and for that I'm glad that Unbroken is available whenever I require assistance with recovery.

I highly recommend Unbroken for any and all physical therapy needs. I worked with Kimberlyn following shoulder surgery and had a fantastic experience. She is knowledgeable, fun, and puts her clients first. I really appreciated that her approach included working on movements/activities that were important to me and my career. The facility is top notch - clean, reputable equipment, and plenty of space. One of the best things about Unbroken is 1-on-1 time with a DPT - a perk I am unaware of anywhere else offering. This is a top tier facility with top tier staff. Look no further, go with Unbroken!

Fred is an exceptional physical therapist at Unbroken Rehab. From day one, he created a space where I felt both supported and challenged. I came in scared and unsure about how my wrist would heal, but Fred immediately helped me understand what was really going on. What I appreciated most is that he didn’t let me stay stuck in fear—he encouraged me to trust the process and gently pushed me past my comfort zone. Fred and the Unbroken Rehab team are top notch! Unlike the corporate physical therapy shops, Unbroken Rehab creates highly customized, individualized treatment plans along with closely supervised therapy sessions. On top of that, Fred is a lot of fun and keeps sessions lively yet focused. I hope I won't have a reason to go back but the next time I'm injured, Fred and Unbroken Rehab will be my first call.

Fred came highly recommended by a fitness trainer at my gym and I can see why- he is an incredible physical therapist! I came in for an elbow injury that I had no idea how I got, and we worked towards a goal on building up my upper body strength which in turn resolved my injury quicker than I expected. He is very easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable, and truly has the best intentions for all his patients.

I came to Fred and Unbroken Rehab desperate for help with a shoulder injury that I had sustained two years ago that progressively worsened to the point that nearly every overhead movement I performed was causing significant pain. My sport of choice (Olympic weightlifting) demands overhead strength and stability and my shoulder limitations left me unable to train properly and compete.
Fred was able to get me into his clinic (which is impeccably clean and organized) quickly and informed me that my issues could be remedied without surgery(!). Over the course of two months, I was given exercises specifically tailored to my needs that dramatically improved my flexibility and overhead strength, all but eliminating the pain that I had been experiencing for months on end.
To anyone looking to not only reduce discomfort but more importantly get back to their pre-injury level of performance, I cannot recommend Unbroken Rehab enough. Thank you, Fred!

I spent a couple months working with Fred and Amanda after a skiing injury. Fred identified a treatment quickly and made planning and scheduling easy. I worked with Amanda for most of the sessions and she was great to work with. I learned a lot and found some great exercises to improve my core and ensure I can continue to be active. I highly recommend working with Unbroken rehab.
