Unbroken Youth Performance Training (UYPT) is led by a coaching staff of former college athletes, and/or state champions. They know what it's like to perform at a high level and what it takes to get there.

We take pride in being a community of individuals dedicated to transforming athletes through the power of data-driven strength and conditioning. Why Join?

🚀 We have a few of strong reasons why you could benefit from UYPT:

  1. So many athletes at the school level don’t train; they just rely on their given talent. Those athletes that get a formal training plan designed to target their weaknesses have been proven to do better than their counterparts who spend their free time playing Fortnite! How dedicated are you?
  2. Even the top programs in the state have subpar training programs. This isn’t to place blame on anyone, but most of these programs have a 15:1 coach to athlete ratio or more and they are not able to place enough special attention on those athletes that need it.
  3. Football gets all the attention – we love our football players, don’t get us wrong. A few of us played football. We know how much preferential treatment we got over other sports in our school. Imagine all the sports that become an afterthought (ie lacrosse, volleyball, softball, etc). This is a travesty, and we hope that by offering UYPT, we are to provide a service that the athletes of these “forgotten” sports are not able to have access to.
Why Unbroken? 🥇

Any coach (and we mean anyone) can exhaust any athlete and run them to the ground. What’s ignored is the purpose behind all the exercises they’re programming? If there’s no purpose then that athlete is not going to transfer that training to the court/field/track.

This is why we believe in purposeful programming designed to specifically target every aspect of athletics. A few of us have our doctorate and advanced education to make sure we learned everything we could about how the human body functions and performs

We also believe in metrics. We have to make sure our programs are working by retesting our athletes’ strength, power, and endurance every 4-6 weeks. If they are making gains then we know we are down the right path. If not, then we pivot and prescribe exercises that will help them get to their goals

Cardiovascular Conditioning: Go the Extra Mile 🏃‍♂️

What’s It About?: Ever felt winded in the last quarter or final lap? We focus on boosting your cardiovascular health, ensuring you have the stamina to keep going when others are gasping for breath.

Why It Rocks: The game is not won in the first quarter. Those final minutes can make or break a game. With our cardio drills, you’ll be the one making game-winning moves while others are catching their breath.

Agility Drills: Move Like a Pro 🤸‍♂️

What’s It About?: Agility is all about quick reflexes and sharp movements. Our drills are designed to improve your dodging, weaving, and quick directional changes, making you unpredictable and hard to catch.

Why It Rocks: Whether you’re dodging opponents in soccer, making quick plays in basketball, or returning volleys in tennis, our agility drills ensure you’re always one step ahead of the competition.

Flexibility Routines: Bend, Don't Break 🧘‍♀️

What’s It About?: The key to athletics is longevity. The more injuries you have, the shorter your playing career. And if you’re injured you’re not getting playing time. Our routines focus on stretching and lengthening your muscles, ensuring you have a full range of motion during every play.

Why It Rocks: A flexible athlete is a durable athlete. By reducing muscle stiffness and increasing elasticity, you’ll be less prone to injuries and recover faster from intense games.
