- The goals of URA Proficiency Training is create a standardized training program for all URA clinicians and have a systematic approach to treating our niched population. URAPT will enable all of us to provide a similar high quality care across the company with respect to all of our different educational backgrounds and experiences. Iron will sharpen iron
- Mentee will be expected to complete URAPT within 2 years from initial hiring date and can recruit any senior clinician to mentor/observe/sign off on skills, subcategory exam, and mentoring logs
- Mentee will receive a $1000 bonus upon completion of URAPT
- Mentee Requirements for completion of URAPT
- All movements below will require a sign-off on a skill check
- Skill checks require the mentee to cue a mentor in the movement and provide 1 progression and 1 regression
- Subcategory exam – a 10 question (8 correct to pass), in-person exam per subcategory below (12 total exams)
- Mentoring logs – date/signature of mentor /name of patient (90 total)
- 30 observed initial evaluations (60 min)
- 30 observed treatment sessions (60 min)
- 30 mentoring/rounds sessions (30-60 min)
- Mentors will get the respective 1/0.5 productivity hour per blocked mentoring time (max 8 per month)
